Officials state that "precautionary measures" must be taken moving forward now that talks on the third Greek bailout have been delayed.

Although officials met this week to try to wrap up the talks, no major discussions took place. Many participants encouraged Greece and its creditors to wrap up the agreement.

Some have stated that an agreement to conclude the review should also include measures to close a projected financial gap that would occur next year. Greek government officials have stated in the past that the government would not take pre-emptive measures.
