United Bulgarian Bank issued the following announcement on June 30.
In accordance with the high standards it sets for the servicing of its clients and for the purpose of providing alternatives for accessing the financial products and services, in June United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) started its new free service „UBB Video Meeting“.
It is meant for remote video consultation with a UBB employee for individual clients of the bank in relation to inquiries about the offered credit and payment products and services. The information that the clients can receive through it includes all consumer and mortgage loans of the bank.
“UBB Video Meeting” guarantees the necessary flexibility for a virtual video conversation with a UBB employee, as it provides to the clients convenience and comfort amidst strengthened prevention measures and in light of the current situation in the country and the world in relation to the spreading of Coronavirus.
The service can be used through smartphone, tablet, laptop or a desktop computer without the need to visit a branch of the bank. “UBB Video Meeting” can be accessed through the respective information product credit page in the „Loans“ section, or it can be requested directly through this form.
In August 2019, UBB became the first bank on the Bulgarian market to offer its business clients the service „Video Banker“, remote video meetings with experts of the bank and other companies of the KBC Bulgaria group.
Through the new service UBB justifies its clients’ trust and guarantees maximum security during the challenging situation that we are facing because of COVID-19.
