Bank of Greece issued the following announcement on Oct. 17

In January-September 2019, the central government cash balance recorded a deficit of €1,243 million, compared to a deficit of €1,601 million in the same period of 2018. During this period, ordinary budget revenue amounted to €35,279 million, compared to €35,801 million in the corresponding period of last year. Ordinary budget expenditure amounted to €37,879 million, from €37,691 million in January-September 2018
