Romania’s Law No. 24/2017 concerning the issuers of financial instruments and market operations is now in effect.

The Romanian government published the law in the Official Journal of Romania on March 29, giving it the number 213/29.03.2017, according to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Through this publication, the law was scheduled to go into effect on April 1.
