This year's first NOME electricity auction kept a hectic pace in Greece last week, closing at over $43.88 per megawatt.
Bids came close to the 2,200 mark, and every bidder reportedly purchased the quantity of future electricity they wanted.
The NOME auction ended above October's auction's price by $3.75.
During the October auction, 11 companies purchased 460 MWh. The auction last week was for a smaller amount of future electricity at 145 MWh.
