Jumbo S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has announced the purchase of its own shares. The acquisition was made under article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following decisions by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

On December 6, 2024, Jumbo S.A. purchased 18,500 shares at an average price of EUR 25.9412 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 479,911.28.

After this transaction, Jumbo S.A. holds a total of 674,358 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.50% of the company's total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
