GEK TERNA S.A. has announced a change in its Board of Directors following the resignation of Mr. Gagik Apkarian, an Independent Non-Executive Member. The resignation was accepted during a board meeting on December 30, 2024, and became effective on December 31, 2024. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Apkarian's service.

Following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board elected Mr. Andreas Taprantzis as the new Independent Non-Executive Member to replace Mr. Apkarian for the remainder of his term until July 1, 2025. This appointment will be formally announced at the company's next General Meeting.

The company clarified that Mr. Apkarian did not serve on any committee at the time of his resignation, so there are no changes to committee compositions.

The reconstituted Board of Directors is as follows:

1. Peristeris Georgios serves as Chairman and CEO.
2. Capralos Spyridon is Vice Chairman and Head of Independent Members.
3. Tamvakakis Apostolos holds the position of Vice Chairman.
4-9: Executive members include Gourzis Michail, Lazaridou Penelope, Benopoulos Angelos, Souretis Petros, Lamprou Konstantinos, and Moustakas Emmanouel.
10-11: Non-Executive Members are Antonakos Dimitrios and Afendoulis Dimitrios.
12-15: Independent Non-Executive Members include Delikoura Aikaterini, Skordas Athanassios, Staikou Sofia, and Andreas Taprantzis.
