Jumbo S.A., a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, has disclosed its recent purchase of 23,500 of its own shares. The acquisition was made on November 15, 2024, at an average price of EUR 24.2855 per share, amounting to a total value of EUR 570,709.32.

This transaction follows the decisions taken during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024. As a result of this purchase, Jumbo S.A. now holds a total of 348,857 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.26% of the company's total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
