The Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB) recently finalized the appointment of Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov to its management board and to the position of executive director and representative of the bank.

The appointments were recently published in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency, the final step in making them official. The BACB Management Board and Supervisory Board made their decisions to appoint Dimitrov to the positions in March, and the appointments were initially made public through registration in the Commercial Register.

As it stands, the BACB Management Board includes Vassil Stefanov Simov, Ilian Petrov Georgiev, Loreta Ivanova Grigorova, Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov and Silvia Kirilova Kirilova.

Further, Vassil Stefanov Simov, Ilian Petrov Georgiev, Loreta Ivanova Grigorova and Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov are now BACB’s executive directors. The bank may be represented by any two of them, always acting jointly.
