JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has announced the acquisition of its own shares. This move aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following decisions made at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and by the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

On January 7, 2025, JUMBO S.A. purchased 29,791 shares at an average price of EUR 26.1409 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 778,762.32.

As a result of this purchase, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,036,824 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.76% of the company's total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
