GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 3,801 of its own shares as part of an initiative approved during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The purchase took place on January 15, 2025, with each share acquired at an average price of 10.87 euros, amounting to a total expenditure of 41,324.80 euros.

The company now possesses a total of 2,979,573 shares in its own name, representing approximately 4.46% of its overall outstanding shares.

This move aligns with the requirements outlined in article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and is consistent with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 set forth by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.
