JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg as BELA GA and Reuters as BABr.AT, has announced the purchase of 35,000 of its own shares. This action follows the guidelines set by article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and decisions made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

The shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 25.4819 each, resulting in a total transaction value of EUR 891,865.78. After this transaction, JUMBO S.A. holds a total of 1,194,475 treasury shares, representing approximately 0.88% of its total issued shares.

This move complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council from April 16, 2014, along with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
