The Company has announced the completion of its treasury shares sale procedure. On January 14, 2025, during the ATHEX trading session, the Company sold 147,000 shares through a block trade transaction. The total amount from this sale was Euro 3,057,600, with an average selling price of Euro 20.80 per share.

This transaction concludes the sale of a total of 250,000 own shares by the Company at an average selling price of Euro 20.95 per share.

Following this sale, the Company retains 2,911,417 shares in its treasury stock portfolio. This represents 2.63% of its share capital.
