GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of 6,252 of its own shares as per a decision made during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23rd, 2024. The purchase was completed on January 13th, 2025, at an average price of 10.76 euros per share, amounting to a total expenditure of 67,258.64 euros.

The company now holds a total of 2,969,567 shares in its possession, which represents approximately 4.44% of the company's total outstanding shares.

This action is compliant with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adheres to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
