The main markets in Europe show mixed signals regarding currency growth in various regions during a meeting this week.
The Pan-European index Stoxx 600 fell by 0.34% and the German DAX dropped by 0.27% while the British FTSE 100 rose 0.47%.
During the same time period, the French CAC 40 declined by 0.01%, while the Spanish IBEX 35 rose by 0.81% and the Italian FTSE MIB rose by 0.78%.
In the currency market, the British pound increased in value by 0.85%, and the euro value went up 0.32%. The yen also increased by 0.69%.
The Deutsche Bank recorded fourth-quarter losses of $2.05 billion due to high legal expenses, which is even higher than the loss amount predicted by Reuters.
