The “Responsibly in Culture” exhibition, workshop and tour were held recently for children at the exhibition area of the National Bank of Serbia in Belgrade.

Curators of the Gallery of Matica Srpska put the event together. Numerous pieces owned by Vojvodjanska Bank were shown in Belgrade for the first time, according to a bank press release.

An “art time machine” workshop for kids allowed the children to discover what kinds of stories are hidden in art history.

The exhibition is the first destination for the “Caravan of Paintings – Responsibly in Culture” art tour in which artwork owned by Vojvodjanska Bank will be displayed in bank branches in Kragujevac, Cacak, Apatin, Zrenjanin and Subotica. The traveling art show runs through September.

Some of the artworks on display include “Wondering Sun” by Milan Konjovic, “Krcedin” by Milan Kecic, “Titel” by Stojan Trumic and “Sakule” by Zoran Petrovic.
