Vodjvodanska Bank offers low-interest mortgage loans

Vodjvodanska Bank is offering lowered interest rates and one of the lowest monthly installments on the market for home loans, according to a bank press release.

The bank is offering a 2.71 percent effective interest rate (EIR) for new mortgage loans. Potential homewowners can get pre-approved before finding the perfect new home, so they know how large of a loan they’re eligible for up front.

The bank is also offering a refinancing package for homeowners that have loans with another bank. The EIR for this loan is 2.56 percent.

Loans are available for $213,438, payable in up to 30 years. Loans are also available to Serbian citizens who live or work abroad and to non-citizens who live and work in Serbia.
