Dear Investors in KBC ExpertEase Dynamic Balanced,
As unit-holders, you have the right to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting on 04/07/2020, which will be offered the transformation of KBC ExpertEase Dynamic Balanced from a sub-fund of the open-ended public investment fund IN.focus into a sub-fund of Horizon Public Investment Company. The purpose of the change is to provide more favorable taxation for unit-holders. Investors will receive one share for each share in this Sub-Fund from the new Sub-Fund in Horizon Investment Company.
Attendance at the General Assembly is at your request. You do not need to take any action on your investment. You do not incur any tax liability or additional costs associated with the conversion.
