UniCredit recently featured a creative photographic exploration of the Amalfi coast through an exhibition of its “Contrasts from the Coastline” collection at UniCredit Studio.
This is the from Elena and Ivan Maslarovi’s second exhibition at Unicredit Studio. The first was an examination of Venice that UniCredit displayed three years ago.
“Contrasts from the Coastline” strips the Amalfi coast’s famous colors and uses black and white images to focus on its textures.
“We are grateful to UniCredit Studio for placing their trust in us for a second time,” Ivan Maslarov said at the exhibition opening. “We really appreciate the support the studio provides to young talents. The Amalfi coast is a true explosion of colors. Being travelers with a different attitude to things, we chose an unusual perspective because we’ve always said that photography is not only about seeing.”
The exhibition opening was a cultural affair with guests mingling amongst the Maslarovas’ work.
“We are happy that we can share the beauty and emotion,” Elena Maslarova said. “Each journey is an emotion worth experiencing.”
“Contrasts from the Coastline” was realized with the cooperation of Sofia Municipality.
