UniCredit releases updated composition of share capital figures

Following the completion of the rights
issues transaction that was approved by the

UniCredit S.p.A.

board of directors in early
February, the company recently released the new composition of its
share capital.

The company reported the current
composition of its share capital, fully subscribed and paid, as compared to
its previous share capital. UniCredit reports a total of 2,224,911,123 shares amounting to $22.06 million. Of those figures,
2,224,658,634 shares are ordinary shares worth

$22.06 million, while 252,489 are savings shares, valued at $2.5 million.

According to the bank,
the previous figures totaled 618,034,306 shares valued at $22.04 million,
with 617,781,817 ordinary shares amounting to

$22.04 million

and 252,489
savings shares amounting to $9 million.
