UniCredit Group announces $26 billion in new borrowing

UniCredit Group recently announced new
borrowing at the group level of $26 billion.

 

The borrowing, facilitated via TLTROs II
ECB, was allocated through four of the group’s holdings.

UniCredit Spa in Italy
received the bulk of the funding, with $16.5 billion, while UniCredit Bank
AG subgroup received $5.9 billion and UniCredit Bank Austria AG received $3.2 billion. CEE banks, which include UniCredit Bank CZ. Rep, Slovakia AS and
UniCredit Banka Slovenija DD, received $320 million.
