UniCredit Bulbank has won two Best Bank awards from EMEA Finance, an international magazine.
UniCredit Bulbank took top honors as Best Bank in Bulgaria and Best Investment Bank in Bulgaria during EMEA’s annual European bank awards. Awards will be presented at a separate ceremony later in the year.
“UniCredit Bulbank continues to outpace the competition by offering optimal solutions to its customers,” said Kristofar Mur, publisher and CEO of EMEA Finance.
Mur noted that Unicredit’s “Joono” ATM service is the first of its kind in this market, offering the most customer interaction.
“The stable and continuous investment in new technologies is one of the reasons why the bank has over one million customers with high levels of customer satisfaction,” he said.
UniCredit Bulbank was recently named the Best Bank in Bulgaria for 2017 by a separate international financial magazine, Global Finance.
