Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the purchase of 1,100 of its own shares on September 26, 2024. This transaction was conducted through Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A., at an average price of Euro 3.86 per share, amounting to a total value of Euro 4,244.00.
The company stated that this action is in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014, and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.
This decision was made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 24, 2023. Currently, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. holds a total of 843,605 own shares, which corresponds to approximately 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding number of shares.
