Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the purchase of 1,100 of its own shares on September 24, 2024. This transaction was carried out through Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A. at an average price of Euro 3.88 per share, totaling Euro 4,265.00.

The company stated that this move is in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014, and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016. This action follows a decision made by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 24, 2023.

Following this purchase, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. now holds a total of 841,205 own shares, which corresponds to approximately 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding number of shares.
