The company known as “THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME,” also referred to as “THRACE PLASTICS CO S.A.,” has announced a change in its Investors Relation and Corporate Announcements Department. This announcement is made in accordance with article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and article 17, paragraph 1 of Regulation 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council.
The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mr. Dimitrios Fragkou, son of Vasileios and currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, as the temporary Officer for this department. He will replace Evangelia Sideri, daughter of Georgios, who previously held this position.
Mr. Fragkou is set to begin his new role on February 14, 2025.
