Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,200 of its own shares. This transaction was conducted on October 1, 2024, through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average purchase price was €3.79 per share, resulting in a total value of €4,548.80.
This action is in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation EU No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The decision to repurchase shares was made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023.
Following this transaction, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. now holds a total of 847,005 own shares, which represents approximately 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding shares.
