Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016. The company purchased a total of 691 shares on December 2, 2024, via Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A., at an average price of €3.99 per share. This transaction had a total value of €2,757.09.

Additionally, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. acquired another set of 1,200 shares on December 3, 2024, also through BETA Securities S.A., for an average price of €3.97 per share. The total value for this purchase amounted to €4,763.00.

These acquisitions are part of the execution of a decision made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 24, 2023. Currently, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. holds a total of 860,246 own shares which represent approximately two percent (2%) of the company’s total outstanding number of shares.
