Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the purchase of 700 own shares on September 27, 2024. This transaction was conducted through Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A., at an average price of Euro 3.84 per share, totaling Euro 2,686.00.
This action follows the decision made by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 24, 2023. The company currently holds a total of 844,305 own shares, which corresponds to 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding number of shares.
The purchase was carried out in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 dated March 8, 2016.
