Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the purchase of 1,200 of its own shares on October 2, 2024. This transaction was conducted through the Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A. The average price per share was Euro 3.73, resulting in a total value of Euro 4,480.25.
This move is in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016. It follows a decision made at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023.
Currently, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. holds a total of 848,205 own shares, which represents approximately 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding shares.
