Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,100 of its own shares on December 4, 2024. This transaction was conducted through the Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A., with an average purchase price of Euro 3.94 per share, totaling Euro 4,329.50.

The decision to repurchase these shares follows a resolution made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. The company now holds a total of 859,455 own shares, which represents approximately 2% of its total outstanding shares.

This action is in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation EU No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
