Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 2,000 of its own shares on October 10, 2024. This transaction was executed through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average price per share was recorded at €3.63, bringing the total value to €7,253.26.

This move is in line with a decision made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 24, 2023. Currently, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. holds a total of 853,805 own shares, which represent 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The purchase aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation EU No 596/2014 as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
