Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 2,450 of its own shares. The transaction was carried out on December 5, 2024, via the Athens Stock Exchange Member BETA Securities S.A., at an average price of Euro 3.91 per share, totaling Euro 9,590.94.

This move is in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and follows Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council from April 16, 2014, along with the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 dated March 8, 2016. The purchase aligns with a decision made by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023.

The company now holds a total of 861,905 own shares, which represent approximately two percent of its total outstanding shares.
