Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,900 of its own shares. This transaction took place on November 27, 2024, through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average price per share was recorded at €3.91, bringing the total value to €7,427.50.

This move aligns with the decision made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. Currently, Thrace Plastics holds a total of 858,355 own shares, which represents 2% of the company’s total outstanding shares.
