Thrace Plastics acquires additional shares in line with shareholder meeting decision

Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 1,000 of its own shares. This transaction was executed on October 8, 2024, through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average purchase price per share was €3.69, amounting to a total value of €3,691.50.

This move aligns with the decision made at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. Following this purchase, Thrace Plastics Co S.A. now holds a total of 850,455 own shares, which represent 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The company adheres to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation EU No 596/2014 as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 in conducting this share buyback.
