Thrace Plastics Co S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 1,350 of its own shares on October 9, 2024. The transaction was executed through BETA Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. The average purchase price was Euro 3.68 per share, amounting to a total value of Euro 4,974.50.

This move aligns with a decision made during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2023. As a result of this purchase, Thrace Plastics now holds a total of 851,805 own shares. This represents approximately 1.9% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The company’s actions comply with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and are in accordance with Regulation EU No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
