Shareholders of Greece’s TERNA ENERGY S.A. recently convened a general assembly to vote on an amendment and add a new board member.

The general assembly unanimously voted to expand the company’s scope of business and amended part of its Articles of Association to allow for additional growth as it relates to the purchase or sale of electric power in Greece and abroad. The expansion has no effect on the company’s primary activities, but the new amendment enriches and clarifies the full scope of business.

The general assembly also voted to elect Vassilios Delikaterinis as a new member, replacing Panayiotis Pothos.
