Anton Kasipovic,
Srpska’s deputy prime minister, and Lejla Resic, minister of
Administration and Local Self-Government, recently met with several
trade union presidents to discuss joint activities of social
partners.

The trade union presidents were Tomislav
Vrhovac, president of the Trade Union of RS Public Administration;
Anica Jondic, president of the Trade Union of RS Mol; and Sinisa
Petrovic, president of the Trade Union of the RS
Judiciary.

Representatives from both sides agreed that by
the end of the month they should conduct an analysis of all
allowances, such as the one for transportation, and that general collective agreement work should be pushed forward.

The
government officials asked the union leaders to offer suggestions
regarding the work program of the government and RS National Assembly
this year. The groups will meet again after the analysis, by early
February. Government representatives will also meet with
representatives from employers.
