Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on September 26, 2024, regarding the delisting of the shares of “EPSILON NET S.A.” from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Monday, September 30th, 2024.
