GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the issuance of a tax certificate for the fiscal year 2023. This follows the completion of a tax audit conducted by certified auditors in line with paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

The company confirmed that “the relevant tax certificate has been issued with an ‘unqualified’ opinion.” The audit was carried out according to article 65A law 4174/2013.
