Sarantis S.A. purchases additional own shares following shareholders’ resolution

GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, as per a resolution passed during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On December 23, 2024, the company purchased 270 shares at an average price of 10.70 euros each, amounting to a total transaction value of 2,888.84 euros.

With this latest transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,948,058 own shares. These shares represent approximately 4.41% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adheres to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council, as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
