GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares as part of a decision made during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On January 16, 2025, the company purchased 7,800 shares at an average price of 10.74 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 83,766.10 euros.

With this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now possesses a total of 2,987,373 own shares. This represents approximately 4.47% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
