GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares as part of a resolution from the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. On November 11, 2024, the company purchased 7,700 shares at an average price of 10.92 euros per share, amounting to a total value of 84,082.56 euros.

The recent transaction brings the company’s holdings to a total of 2,766,358 own shares, which represents approximately 4.14% of its total outstanding shares.

This disclosure aligns with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
