GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the purchase of its own shares, as approved in the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On October 14, 2024, the company acquired 9,100 shares at an average price of 10.80 euros per share, totaling a value of 98,242 euros.

With this acquisition, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,685,362 shares of its own stock. This represents 4.02% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and other relevant European regulations.
