Sarantis S.A. acquires additional shares following shareholder approval

GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the acquisition of 7,377 of its own shares. This action follows the resolution passed during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The purchase took place on October 10, 2024, at an average price of 10.85 euros per share, amounting to a total value of 80,060.26 euros.

As a result of this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,671,328 own shares. These shares represent 4% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and aligns with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
