This move aligns with the decision made at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On January 17, 2025, the company purchased 7,750 shares at an average price of 10.86 euros per share, amounting to a total expenditure of 84,147.10 euros.
The company now possesses a total of 2,995,123 shares, which represents 4.48% of its overall outstanding shares.
This announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
