GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of 10,000 of its own shares on December 2, 2024. This move follows the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The shares were purchased at an average price of 10.80 euros each, amounting to a total value of 107,999.24 euros.

With this recent purchase, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,869,048 own shares. These shares represent approximately 4.29% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The company stated that this announcement is made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and aligns with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
