The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed a transaction involving its General Manager of the Czech & Slovakia Business Unit, Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski. In compliance with L.3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, it was announced that Mr. Kaminski purchased 2,000 common shares on November 29, 2024. The shares were acquired at an average price of 10.80 euros each.
