GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the purchase of 15,100 of its own shares on September 30, 2024. This move follows a resolution from the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The shares were bought at an average price of 10.91 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 164,728 euros.

With this transaction, the company now holds a total of 2,596,161 own shares. This figure represents approximately 3.88% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L.4548/2018 and Regulation (EU) No.596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council, as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No.2016/1052.
