Sarantis announces purchase of own shares following shareholder resolution

GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares as part of a resolution from the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. On December 6, 2024, the company purchased 9,100 shares at an average price of 10.73 euros each, totaling a value of 97,641.68 euros.

With this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,900,098 shares in its possession, which represents 4.34% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
