GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the purchase of 3,000 of its own shares as part of a decision made during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The transaction took place on October 17, 2024, with an average share price of 11.10 euros, totaling a value of 33,300 euros.

Following this acquisition, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,699,206 own shares. This represents approximately 4.04% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The company stated that this announcement is in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
